The Church of God of Carmichael

The goal of the 2-4 year old class is to create an enjoyable environment for the children to learn about the stories of the Bible and the lessons that teach good character.  Our desire is that these lessons will encourage in each child a desire to love and obey God and His Word.

We send a memory verse home monthly which we hope the children will try to learn if they are able.  Although they are too young to really remember these verses long-term, we are attempting to help them learn the habit of memorizing the Bible.  Hopefully, as the children mature, these memorized verses will help to guide them as they walk the path of their lives.

Each week we bring a story either from the Bible or one that teaches good character.  After the lesson we generally designate a short time for coloring, craft-making, or completing puzzles.
