Last lesson time, we studied in the Old Testament about the two rooms of the tabernacle. The blood of a lamb had to be shed back then, for one to be forgiven, and for the high priest to enter into the presence of God which was in the second room: the Holy place.
The question of weariness came up. King David was weary. He should have been in battle, but he stayed home and got into spiritual trouble. How do we avoid the weariness that comes with the trial, with the conflict, with life? Many in our class have been in the congregation for over 20 years, but over time a weariness can start to creep in.
