Winning While Losing
Everyone loves a winner.
Cars were handcrafted and expensive and not available to the average citizen. Ford introduced the Model T in 1908 for a lower price: $825. But he didn't stop there. He created an assembly line that could produce a car in 90 minutes. By 1918, Ford had lowered the cost of cars so that half of the US was driving a Model T. Before he was a “winner,” he had many business failures. He said,“Failure is the opportunity to begin again. This time more intelligently.” We don’t remember him as a failure because he didn't stop.
Every one loses at some time. Life has winning and losing.
When it comes to serving God, how hard do I fight to win and resist the devil? I am not fighting on my own. God wants me to win.
How do I handle my losses and storms? Stay thankful during the storms!
Job 1:1,2,3 Job was a winner. He was used to winning. He was wealthy.
Job 1:13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22 When he was no longer winning, he still blessed the name of the Lord. He complained, but didn't sin.

2 Corinthians 11:24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31 Paul was practiced in being thankful while losing. He wanted the glory to come from trials. How do I glory in my suffering?
Philippians 4:6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 The key to contentment is to think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and a good report.
Romans 1:21,22,23,24,25,26 This is a description of what followed unthankfulness.
Do I know how to win and how to lose? Am I always thankful for God and who he is?

It’s stressful to watch a game if I don’t the ending. If I am watching a game on replay, I already know who wins and I can relax. I can know that God always wins.
The devil wants to discourage me, even when things are going well! The small loses shouldn’t shake me! I know my outcome: eternal life.
